I can’t wait for a quality vacuum pump as opposed to the cheap plastic models available and having to puncture the lid to evacuate the air inside..This looks simple and effective..Now the next breakthrough will be manual vacuum lids to retrofit on our blenders..The battery operated blender lids are expensive and junk..Thank you for sharing

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your story! 🎉I just listened to this, and, oddly, feel like I have a lot in common as far as your journey prior to juice fasting. I just felt very unwell for a lot of years which drove me to become vegan. I did see some improvements, but then at the end of last year was DX with a breast tumor. I skipped conventional treatments and I’m now looking into raw food as a larger part of my diet and also researching about juice fasts/feasting. So many questions. Would you mind sharing, did you pass any mucoid plaque? I’ve read about others who do that and it just seems that clearing out that lining would open up such a path to better health, and also parasite elimination -which is so crazy like you shared! Did the juice feasting for that 105 days eliminate all of the health problems you had prior? Thank you so much for your great videos and hope to hear back on this.❤❤ PS- you mentioned you did bloodwork afterwards. Were your iron levels good after the 105 days?

Agree, the smaller lids would be good. All my mason jars are the narrow kind. I am still considering this though, and waiting for an adaptor and smaller lids.

Hey brother love your vidoes. Thanks for the info you put out to help others. Im just over 400lbs and i know im getting close to a major medical event if i dont do something soon. I feel called to juice feasting as my path. Knowing that after a feast of 90 or 100 days i then will have stronger willpower to eat healthy raw after. I know you said in one of your videos to reach out to you to chat. Id love to ask you some questions along my journey if you dont mind. The 3 off the top of my head right now would be. 1) obviously fruit juices are easy but the green are still difficult for me. Ive made the lemon ginger blast and its doable but doesnt get me excited. And while im trying to successfuly transition to juice only and not go get a burger instead of spending the next hour prepping and cleaning up this eh green juice lol. So i was wondering if for the first week or so would it be ok to say cut the ginger and turmeric and parsley and cilantro. And just make apples and lemon and cucumber and celery and some kale juice. Im doing 6 juices a day. Orange, pinapple, watermelon, then 3 green juices of lemon ginger blast. Would it be ok to modify the 3 green to what i said above just to transition to juice only and then maybe after couple days add in the other ingredients of the lgb? Or would this be way too much sugar to have those 3 fruit juices and then my 3 green have more apples than normal. Like would that be too much sugar etc or do you think this would be a good transiton plan. 2) supplements. Mostly parasite supps. I have a gi broom and the 2 parasite cleanse herbs bottles from dr morse. Should i take them with my juice feast or wait till after the feast? Im thinking with to get the parasites gone to have more control over hunger. But i want to be safe with my gut as well. 3) this ties into question 2. So that other guy shane says to do benzonite clay and physilium husk to clear out the mucus plaques while juice fasting. But he had alot of gut issues after his feast. And you said with gillian that you didnt have any gut issues. Do you think the clay and husk hurt him or helped him? Safe or too much for the gutt? Thanks for your input man. longest run time is only 45 mins? damn slow juicers today are wusses. my samson juicer cld run for more than an hour especially if i was making a few gallons of watermelon n beet juice with ginger
